If the pet parent cannot sense the level of possessiveness of the pet then there are chances of them making a grave mistake. In their tints of love, there lies unguarded possessiveness that can be harmful in the long run. Pet parents need to realize the unwillingness of their pet to socialize. Your Fido may turn up hostile to other family members. This act will spoil the family environment. Moreover, your cutie pie may no longer welcome strangers and lose his temper on finding new people or pets. He may become antisocial. The simple aggressive growling may result into the shocking behavior of biting strangers or babies. It will make him more friendly and cordial to people, pets and babies.<\/li>\n<li>Take veterinarian guidance as he can suggest alternative measures by keeping the breed of the pet in mind.<\/li>\n<li>Encourage pet by giving treats when he behaves well with strangers and babies. Make sure he starts enjoying the company of others in the home.<\/li>\n<li>There are cases when the pet cannot live in the absence of the owner. So, if the pet is too attached to you just train him well and ensure that his life does not get upset when you are not around.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To conclude, your pet\u2019s attention is important but do keep a habit of reading in between the lines.
