Dispatch and Delivery Time:
In case of working days, all orders are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders received on a holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

We make sure that the order is delivered within 7-14 working days. If not delivered within 28 business days of placing the order, we arrange to re-ship your order or refund as per your preferences.
At times, shipping time will take a bit longer than usual owing to the holiday season or extreme weather conditions. At such times, we advise customers to have patience.

In case you’d like to return the package, our customer care executive will assist you with return process or if you would like to retain the package, we will charge the bill.
