First time user. The process worked as advertised. I had an after-my-order question and customer service was spot on when I called them. The product was exactly as ordered. The price was half that of what my vet could offer.
It was very easy to order and pay. I took a little bit of time to receive my order the first time. But this time (2nd time) the order was here very quickly.
