Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost:

We offer Free Shipping on all orders, irrespective of the size and location. We also offer tracked shipping at $6.49!

 

Dispatch Time:

All orders are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders received on a public holiday/weekends are dispatched on the next working day.

 

Order status:

Customers can track their orders by logging into their accounts or by calling us toll free on 1-888-860-3208 anytime between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM CST to check their order status.

Please note that tracking details of your order will be available after 48 to 72 hours of shipping.

 

Delivery time:

Most orders are delivered within 10-15 working days. If you do not receive your order within 28 working days of shipping, we will offer a refund or a reship unless the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

Please note that in case of incorrect or incomplete address provided, we will not be able to refund or reship the order.

We will also not be able to offer a refund or reship if the shipping company provides us with proof of delivery. Once delivered to the address provided, the order is the receiver's responsibility.

Do bear in mind that shipping times could be longer than usual during the holiday season or extreme weather conditions. In such circumstances, we advise customers to have patience.

If the original shipment arrives after we have reshipped or refunded your order, we request you to contact our team to organize the immediate return of the product.

Failure to return the product within five days, will incur an automatic charge. In case you would like to keep the order, do let us know and we will organise the payment.

 

Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns: According to our hassle-free return policy, we accept all unopened products. If you would like to return the product, please contact our customer care desk within 7 days of delivery for the return procedure.   • Refunds: Refunds are processed to the same account from which the payment was received. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive the refund.
