Dispatch and Delivery Time:
In case of working days, all orders are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders received on a holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

We make sure that the order is delivered within 12-14 working days. If you do not receive your order within 21 business days of shipping, we will offer a refund or a reship unless the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Please note that in case of incorrect or incomplete address, we would not be able to refund or reship the order.
Also, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship if the shipping company provides us with proof of delivery. Once delivered to the address provided, the order is the receiver's responsibility.
At times, shipping time will take a bit longer than usual owing to the holiday season or extreme weather conditions. In such circumstances, we advise customers to have patience.
Please Note: It will take 2 to 3 weeks for the orders to be delivered outside the USA.
If the original shipment arrives after we have reshipped or refunded your order, we request you to return the product within two days. On failure of returning the product within two days, you will be charged for the same automatically.
