Panacur Granules 1.8 gm: Broad-spectrum Worming Treatment for Cats and Dogs

Panacur Granules (1.8 gm) is a broad-spectrum dewormer for cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies. Formulated with fenbendazole, it treats infections from major worms in pets, namely roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and certain tapeworms. The granule form makes the dosage convenient, as you can mix it into your pet’s food for easy acceptance. You can also use this oral treatment in pregnant pets to help protect the newborn litters from the transmission of worms.

Panacur Granules Coverage

When administered as directed, Panacur worming solution provides wide parasite coverage. It is indicated for:

  • Treatment of cats and dogs infected with immature and mature stages of nematodes of the gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts

My cats won’t eat the crystal with canned cat food. What works best to get cats to eat the crystals?

Answer:
A:

You can try mixing in smelly, palatable toppers like warm water or tuna juice to enhance the aroma. You may also heat the food a bit, switch to a different brand or make it into a watery slurry, which may increase the consumption.
