NexGard Combo for Cats: Comprehensive Monthly Parasite Protection

NexGard Combo is a convenient, monthly parasite treatment for cats and kittens aged 8 weeks and above, and weighing at least 1.8 lbs. This topical application is an easy way to provide parasite protection to cats that resist oral treatments. This versatile solution provides cats protection against fleas, ticks, heartworms, roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms. When administered year-round, at monthly intervals, it provides uninterrupted protection to cats against internal and external parasites.

NexGard Combo coverage

You may begin your cat’s treatment with NexGard Combo at any time of the year. When administered as directed, it:

  • Prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis
  • Treats and controls roundworm, hookworm and tapeworm infections
  • Kills adult fleas, treats and prevents flea infestations
  • Treats and controls black-legged tick and lone star tick infestations

How does NexGard Combo work?

NexGard Combo topical solution for cats contains three active ingredients: Esafoxolaner, eprinomectin, and praziquantel. Esafoxolaner induces uncontrolled nervous system activity and death in parasites. Eprinomectin causes paralysis and subsequent death in parasites. Praziquantel, on the other hand, causes muscular paralysis in tapeworms. These powerful ingredients work together to protect your cat from fleas, ticks, heartworms, roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms.

Ingredients

Esafoxolaner, Eprinomectin and Praziquantel.
